Every leader is on trial in the court of public opinion. Most are badly represented.
Most executive content is written by someone who has never met the executive, about opinions the executive does not hold.
We do it the other way round.

The Opinion is a boutique studio in Bengaluru that writes and films the public argument of chief executives, founders and brands, and produces it to a standard that can be checked.
An argument built the way a lawyer builds one, a behaviour change designed the way a psychologist designs one.
We write speeches, articles and think pieces; produce deep-analysis video and documentaries; investigate; defend in a crisis; and carry all of it into a named culture for a named audience, in India and outside it.
Executive voice. Your X, LinkedIn and YouTube run as one voice, on retainer: positions you actually hold, sourced from what you actually read.
The record. A dated, sourced, public body of what you have argued, when, and on what evidence.
Speeches and articles. Keynotes, op-eds, investor and shareholder letters, launch announcements, and the difficult ones: restructurings, apologies, exits.
Arguments. Strategic think pieces and deep-analysis video essays, built to move an audience to a position and to be quoted back at your critics.
Message testing. Framing alternatives, audience reaction, and a map of what critics will say back, before it goes out.
Research dossiers, narrative and competitive audits, sourcing and fact-check review, long-form investigative pieces, and documentary films with film-grade crew. Everything to a publishable evidentiary standard.
A piece that names a person goes to that person before it goes to anyone else, with the evidence and with time to reply, and the reply is published with it.
Rapid narrative assessment, the holding statement, stakeholder triage, monitoring and listening. Then the statement that has to hold, the apology that lands, and the recovery afterwards.
Retained before the crisis wherever possible. We do not defend a party we are investigating, and we do not investigate a party we defend.
Position papers, white papers for industry bodies, policy explainers and research-backed reports. Submissions and briefings that turn what a company wants from government into an argument the public can follow.
Every figure in a submission carries a source a reader can open. Where something needs a practising advocate, we refer it out.
Campaigns that land in a named culture for a named demographic, not translated work that reads as foreign. Outbound for Indian brands entering North America, Japan, Europe and ASEAN; inbound for international brands entering India, including regional and vernacular audiences.
Also sold on its own as a cultural audit of an existing campaign.
Creative strategy, scripts and filming for people whose work is good and unwatched, shot in our studio or on location. Alongside it, what most agencies leave to the creator: contract review, takedowns and brand deals with disclosure as standard.
And a taught programme in the studio's method, for creators who would rather learn it than buy it.
The studio. Talking-head, interview and podcast formats, creative assets, short documentaries, film-grade shoots, in a room we own outright in Bengaluru.
Faceless channels, end to end. Research, scripting, voice, edit, cadence and analytics on a monthly quota. You own the channel and the content.
Occasions and events. Weddings, launches and conferences, filmed by the same crew to your direction and priced on a rate card.
Voice and dubbing. Narration on our own kit, dubbing into English, Hindi and Kannada, subtitling, audio finishing. Synthetic voice only with consent and labelling.
Experiment, then improve. Trying a concept costs us very little, so we try far more of them than a budget usually allows, drop the weak ones early and keep improving the strongest until it is right.
Schools, companies and newsrooms: the studio's method, taught under The Opinion's own name. Judging a source, staying safe online, machine literacy for teams and making a case in public, pitched at the people in the room.
The same standards apply. Every claim in a lesson carries a source, and nothing is taught that the studio would not publish.
Nothing ships that the client did not actually say or save.
If there is no real position, it does not publish.
No claim we publish was found, checked or decided by a machine. A person sources it, a person verifies it, a person signs it.
We do not defend a party we are investigating.
Every published piece ends with a visible list of what it rests on.
AI in the workshop, never in the work.

A positioning audit: what you currently sound like, what you actually believe, and the gap. Fixed fee, one to two weeks, three sample pieces in your real voice. Most retainers begin there.
